If you are an advanced or proficiency-level student one of the most common difficulties is the ability to maintain your level of English. Those tricky words and grammatical structures that you memorized over the years fall by the wayside and are replaced by words and phrases that are easier to pronounce, easier to remember, or just always come out right.
When this starts to happen and you find yourself repeating the same sentences over and over again it might be time to refresh.
